Uses
My own /uses page - just a few things that bring me joy when I use them.

Hardware
- Shuttle XPC
This computer has been upgraded in several places but is an absolutely solid workhorse. - Logitech G903 mouse
A definite upgrade from my last mouse as it is wireless without requiring AA batteries. Also the interchangeable buttons have allowed me to make it fully left handed. - Left handed keyboard
With the numberpad and arrow keys on the left I can code without incurring serious wrist strain. I got one originally at work and I will never go back. - Streamdeck Mini
Because I run Linux I control this using the StreamdeckFS python library. This involves writing some weird scripts and coding inside filenames(!) but the result is I have some nifty buttons that do exactly what I want.
Software
- Linux Mint
I've used various Linux distributions over the years, but Mint seems perfect for me at the moment. - Trello
Project management for many of my various projects. - Gramps
I try and work on my family tree now and then.

Other Things
- Shokz OpenComm2
Bone conduction headphones so I can hear things around me and with a right hand side mic with a mute button for Teams calls. - Bose AE2w
I recently replaced the ear cushions on these and they're a joy to wear and listen to. - reMarkable
I'm definitely a paper person. But now I can find all my notes, carry them all with me and reorganise them as I go. I literally use this every day. - Fjallraven Totepack No. 1
Big enough to hold an A4 folder (script) and can be a shoulder bag or a backpack. - Evolution Water Bottle
Stays cold for twenty four hours and I can drink from it one handed.
